01. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the tg772 website at tg772.org, including all associated games, services, tools, and content made available therein.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the tg772 Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers, or places wagers on the tg772 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in your tg772 wallet available for gameplay and withdrawal, net of any wagering commitments.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government body responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, the legal framework under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended, applicable to tg772 operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for account confirmation and certain financial transactions.

02. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tg772 Platform — whether by browsing without an account, creating an account, logging in to an existing account, or placing any wager — you acknowledge that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their current version;
2. You have read and agree to the tg772 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
3. You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
4. You are accessing tg772 voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes, not as a professional activity or on behalf of a third party without authorization.

Your continued use of tg772 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

03. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use tg772, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of tg772, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any game provider whose titles appear on the Platform;
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, court order, self-exclusion agreement, or regulatory direction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously had a tg772 account suspended or permanently closed for a terms violation.

tg772 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification.

04. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on tg772. Duplicate accounts — defined as multiple accounts sharing the same real identity, mobile number, email address, GCash or Maya wallet, device identifier, or IP address — are a material breach of these Terms. tg772 will close duplicate accounts, and any balances in secondary accounts may be voided without refund.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and must update your account information promptly if it changes. tg772 is not responsible for service disruptions or failed transactions resulting from outdated contact or payment information in your account profile.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tg772 operates KYC procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act). You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documentation. Processing of withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until KYC requirements are satisfied.

4.4 Account Approval

Registration does not automatically constitute approval. tg772 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason, in accordance with its internal risk and compliance policies.

05. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tg772 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person;
• You must not allow any third party to access or operate your tg772 account on your behalf;
• You must not store your password in a manner accessible to others, including in plain text on shared or public devices;
• You must notify tg772 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorized access to your account.

tg772 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Transactions completed while your account was logged in — whether by you or another party — are considered authorized unless you have reported the breach to tg772 before those transactions occurred.

06. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tg772 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice. Payment method availability may vary based on your account verification status and transaction history.

6.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed within your tg772 account wallet at the time of the transaction request.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

tg772 aims to process GCash withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. Withdrawal processing may be delayed where:

• KYC documentation remains incomplete or under review;
• Active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have not been met;
• tg772's compliance or fraud monitoring team has flagged the account for review;
• The transaction value triggers mandatory AML reporting thresholds under Philippine law.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on tg772 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tg772 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any foreign currency transactions initiated through payment gateways are converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment provider, not by tg772.

6.5 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — whether another individual, a business account, or an unverified source — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of funds to the originating source.

07. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Eligibility and Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by tg772 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of offer. General conditions applicable to all tg772 promotions include:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible, verified accounts in good standing only;
• Each promotion specifies the qualifying deposit amount, eligible games, wagering multiplier, and expiry period — all of which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable;
• Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Balance in all wagering activity unless a specific promotion states otherwise;
• tg772 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to honoring commitments already accepted by eligible players.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, use of low-variance betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or exploitation of technical errors in bonus calculation — constitutes bonus abuse. tg772 reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings where abuse is detected and to close the accounts involved.

08. Gaming Rules

All games available on tg772 — including slots, live baccarat, bingo, mahjong ways, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. General gaming provisions applicable across tg772 include:

• All slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the player or tg772;
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a player's screen and the game server records, the server records shall be definitive;
• tg772 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a manifest error in odds or game parameters was made, such as where a payout offer was clearly unintended due to a technical fault;
• Winnings resulting from exploiting a known technical malfunction or error are not valid and may be reversed;
• Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules published for each market type. Settlement is final once confirmed by tg772's trading team.

09. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg772 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one tg772 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or registering on behalf of a minor;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate financial crimes;
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker-format products;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without authorization;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, manipulate, or interfere with the technical operation of the tg772 Platform;
• Charging back a deposit transaction after it has been used for wagering activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tg772 Platform — including but not limited to the tg772 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the proprietary property of tg772 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any tg772 content without express written authorization from tg772.

11. Responsible Gaming

tg772 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment for Filipino players. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and our own responsible gaming policy, tg772 provides the following player protection tools, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your tg772 wallet;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications at set intervals to maintain awareness of your playing time;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently lock your tg772 account. Exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period;

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg772 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Platform use;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, telecommunications networks, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory action;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security as required under Section 5;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

tg772's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to tg772 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes tg772's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by tg772's gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

13. Privacy and Data

tg772 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with the tg772 Privacy Policy and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Identity and contact information provided during registration and KYC;
• Transaction history for AML compliance and PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations;
• Device and session data for fraud prevention and security monitoring;
• Communications between you and tg772 support for quality assurance and dispute resolution.

tg772 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operation, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention, all subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

tg772 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Where changes are material, tg772 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date.

Your continued use of tg772 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account, subject to any pending wagering requirements on bonus balances.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of tg772 shall first be referred to tg772 customer support for informal resolution. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days of referral, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

tg772 is subject to the supervisory jurisdiction of PAGCOR with respect to its licensed gaming operations. Complaints relating to regulatory compliance matters may also be directed to PAGCOR through its established player complaint channels.
