06. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Data

tg772 does not sell your personal data. We share your data only in the following circumstances and with the following categories of recipients:

6.1 Service Providers and Data Processors

tg772 engages third-party service providers who process data on our behalf, including: payment processors (GCash, Maya, InstaPay); identity verification and KYC platforms; customer support technology providers; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; and fraud detection services. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to process your data solely on tg772's instructions and in accordance with applicable law.

6.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

6.4 Corporate Transactions

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted from tg772's systems or irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with your identity.

12. Direct Marketing and Promotional Communications

tg772 may send you promotional materials — including bonus offers, reload promotions, event notifications, and tg772 platform updates — via SMS, push notification, or email, where you have provided consent to receive such communications at the time of registration or through your account communication preferences.

You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by:

• Updating your communication preferences in your tg772 account settings;
• Replying "STOP" to any marketing SMS received from tg772;
• Contacting tg772 support with an opt-out request.

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect tg772's ability to send you service-related communications — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, account security alerts, and required legal notices — which are sent on the basis of contract performance and are not subject to marketing opt-out.

Where changes are material — such as a new purpose for processing your data or a new category of third-party recipients — tg772 will provide advance notice to registered players via their registered contact channel before the change takes effect. Your continued use of tg772 after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with an update to this Policy, you have the right to close your tg772 account and request deletion of your data to the extent permitted by our legal retention obligations, as described in Section 10.
